Photograph of Rusty and Gary playing guitar.

Here is a photograph of Rusty Fuller and Gary Petty playing guitar in Gary’s living room in 1976 or early 1977. This is the way most old friends and relatives remember them best.

Gary’s playing his Ovation guitar; he still plays it to this day. Rusty’s playing his Epiphone 12-string guitar.

You can tell Gary has really gotten serious about playing: his unbuttoned sleeves are hanging loose.
